I am a Christian Single Mother. I attended Christian schools my whole life and the education I received was invaluable. It frightens me to know that so many of our young people are being taught without the most important factor they could ever receive. GOD! It never ceases to amaze me that any parent would want to condemn their child to a life without FAITH! The most precious thing I can give to my children is a chance to go to Heaven!
As parents, we only want what is best for our children. We want to save them from all harm, protect them in anyway we can and yet many are not willing to give them the opportunity to make a choice to believe or not believe.
I am one parent that would like to see my child in the hereafter not just the here and now! I want to know that no matter what happens in the world, my son and my daughter will one day be with me in Paradise. Yes there is a paradise, yes there is a heaven and a hell. I am not going to take a chance with my children's lives!
We live in an age where the children run the parents not the other way around. More children are committing suicide, have depression, suffer from abuse, addictions and legal problems. We have a government system that supports the children more than the parents. Doctors and psychologists write about "different" approaches to discipline. HOW'S THAT WORKING FOR YOU!!!! Children are running rampant in misbehavior and the school's they are attending are contributing to their deliquency. Take God out of any equation and chaos ensues!
I watch daily and am amazed at what parents think is acceptable. I guarantee it was NOT acceptable to their parents or grandparents and it should not be acceptable now. Children NEED discipline and direction and most importantly they need God.
That is why it is so important for children to be given the opportunity to learn about God and make a choice to believe or not believe. What right does the school system or anyone have to make the decision for them?
I live in a small rural town in Camden, Alabama. We have the public school system, one private school and our small little Christian school. I examined all three and found that this small little Christian School would be the perfect fit for my daughter. It is a wonderful place for her to learn about God and obtain an education. I feel that God has placed it on my heart to let everyone know about this school and the wonderful people that have VOLUNTEERED to work and educate our young people in accordance with the will of God.
They are doing wonderful things and I intend to do everything in my power to help assist families and the school in offering the fine education to everyone that has a desire to learn!
I hope you all will join me in this effort to put God back into the lives of our children!
